Wrote up, fired and hired.. Not a bad day in Misadventures of West Virginia Woman

I called Rescare today told them i am taking today and tomorrow off for mining training. Rescare said they would write me up if i dont come into work. I told Rescare go ahead i dont mind. She boss voice cracked a what.. She threaten to fire me. I told her go ahead i am being trained for another job anyway. She stuttered as i told me are you coming or not to work. I told her i will not i am taking 2 days off for job training for my new job. I told her have a nice day and hung up.

While i was in training in Charleston for Monticola security. She text me again reminded me i am getting a write up with rescare. I told her for months either she will find a way for me to be treated better or i will find a new job. I will not be disrespected for mininum wage.. I deserve better. She was shocked i didnt allow her to have the power. I have a new job. I wont argue or act nasty i am simply letting go. All my anxiety and misery is leaving each day i get closer to compleating my security guard training. After tomorrow i plan to block her number and live my life. No more arguing with her.

I have already had training, background check, drug test, finger printing. As soon as all that paperwork gets back i will be working as a guard. I hope i like my new job. Talan and i might be guarding the same mine i am not sure yet. He is getting hired at same company with me.

We hope we will work 36 hours a piece a week so we have money to repair my car and do repairs to the house. We intend to raise above forget all the negative in our past and focus on happiness.

Tomorrow last day of my training. I got to go to bed to be there early. I really hope i like my new job. I should say our new job. Talan help me find a job. It is nice to find job security in unexpected places.. Night nap time.
