It's a slow process in At the foot of the hill

For the past 6 weeks I have been semi-seriously trying to lose weight. No fancy (expensive) diet plan. Just cutting back on the groceries I consume, and being more careful about the food I eat. I’m happy to report a loss of 8.6 pounds. I know that’s not a lot, but it makes my pants more comfortable. Hoping to get rid of another 4 or 5. It’s hard when it’s so hard for me to get around and exercise....
