So yesterday I happened to be talking to Jerry (supervisor) when he checked his email and he said “Oh another thing on your FMLA” It said that I was approved for 3 days +1..... he then asked mt if I knew what that meant. I told him about this week where the doctor said she wanted me to just work my 3 days but she wanted me to be able to go home is I was sick at work. I though that 1 was my just in case day. However, I was sure she was going to make it more clear because of the shitty interpretation last time. “I’ll get with Tyler and see if I can’t figure it out”..... after a bunch of phone tag and most of the day he comes to me and says “That one day is one that has gone back to Reed group and been approved. You have 3 days a month Jennifer and they can’t all be taken consecutively” I nodded and walked off because if you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything at all.

Later, during the final hour, I again told him what my doctor said about getting rest “Well, Anthony (his boss), wants us all to work Overtime” This coming from a guy we never see during the week at all. I look at him and said “Then maybe I need to consider Short Term Disability” he changed tune real quick “I don’t want to loose you. Think you can make it till September?” “Not with all the overtime. That’s why we filled out a new FMLA form and on the weekends we won’t hear about it again till likely Friday.” “I’ll let you know something as soon as I know”........

k All this being said none of it matters. Doc says I don’t have to work OT I’m just not going to. It’s retro active from the start of the claim so..... can’t be taken consecutively can kiss my ass. If I can’t work I can’t work..... or.... let me go in run into something/fall/trip and sue the life out of them for risking mine. Feeling mid 80% this morning as expected with a dizziness of 2 (out of 5). This is my scale of telling weather I am able to do things. Dizzy was at 2-3 all day yesterday and I would be happy if it stayed that way today.
