bit late in A Day in the Life of Me

So Thursday was hubby’s birthday, I had it allll planned out.. then the bugger got home early on me!
I baked a cake when i got home Wednesday, hid it in the oven ( he was working a close shift), and also made a casserole. Thursday got home early from job #2, dug the presents out of the closet, frosted/decorated the cake, put little dinos all over it, had the candles in it and in the fridge, planning on pulling it out to set on the table and have lit when he got home…
Bugger got a ride, and forgot to hit send to tell me via text.. so i kicked him out, told him to go have a pipe, then pulled it out and got it all set to go!
He LOVED it!! blew the candles out and then spent the next few minutes naming off each of the dinos lol!

only two more shifts at job #2, Thursday and Sunday. Going to be weird, not having a second job after two years!
Had today off, got up and went and grabbed some paperwork from a friend of mine who does our taxes, D needs his T4 as we’re going to the bank Thursday to see about a loan/ line of credit, then headed downtown to meet up with a woman to buy a pair of “western” boots, then headed over to D’s work to surprise him, and he actually got off work early! did a few errands, and came home. Re-dyed my hair, and now D’s having a nap, then supper and then an early night as I have a double shift tomorrow!
