My Fronts Has Got To Go in meh...

My front bottom gums. My teeth are horrible, one is loose, and the part of my gum that’s in front of it, is swollen and painful.

I’ve got to make an appointment. I keep thinking it’s filling up, but there’s nothing there. I have pain in my lymph nodes beneath my jaw.

All of a sudden over this week, it became painful and when I actually pulled my lip down, I saw how swollen. Now I feel the need to sleep on my face so I can have pressure on it.

I’ve said on more than one occasion that I need a whole new set of teeth, I guess now, though it’s a for real.

I’m getting sleepy.
