When the Moose and I walk the Middle Fork Trail, it goes up to Summit View Elementary. If you take the dirt maintenance road, which fronts, the north athletic fields of the school. You take the sidewalk up Piedmont Lane to the school entrance. and there is one of these rocks, which about every week or two, gets repainted. Heritage Elementary, down the street has a rock as well, and it gets painted too.

The other side of the rock. Emma is 8 !!!
This rock were EMMA is painted, was red about 2 weeks ago, with the message “welcome to a new adventure.” I think that was for summer school. We don’t see the kids, because we walk around 600 or 630 am, while it is cooler. I’ll update this a few times, to see what the new message will be.

I was thinking a while writing this, ( thats dangerous ). What if in 1960 at Lawrence Elementary had a rock. What message would be written about me? Bobby got his butt beat, by the Principal, for jumping in the mud puddles on the way to school.

That would the fear of God, into ya. And yes that did happen.. LOL
