Thank you for sharing these wonderful photographs. I am in debt to all whose family members served. My uncle did, in the Pacific. No one else in the large family we had did, just for one reason or another that was legit. My dad supported his mother's family and ours plus was employed in transportation so wasn't called. Finally, feeling strongly he should, he signed up...but the war ended before he was processed. Thus, my saying that I am in debt to men who did serve.
