Concerts, Dildos, and Homeschool (January 26, 2013) in Old OD Entries

Wooohooo!

I am really excited! It is official. Me and my two roommates are going to a concert in Nashville. This one is going to kick major ass because Three Days Grace and Shinedown are playing! How awesome is that? Not one but two great bands for me! This two week wait to see them is going to kill me though.

We are going to stay there overnight in a hotel because my roommate doesn't want to drive back at like 1 in the morning. The hotel we booked has an indoor pool and jacuzzi so yea we are going to take full advantage of those :)

We are also going to the Opry Mills mall because my roommate Lillie has never been there before, or even in downtown Nashville for that matter. It is just going to be a good weekend.

I have noticed that over the past couple of months me and my roommate Lillie have gotten really close. We eat together, we work out together, we pretty much do everything together. And we talk about everything. It is nice to have someone who understands the things that you go through and doesn't judge you for them. I can honestly say that she is a good friend.

Sorry I just have to mention this because it makes me laugh. Lillie has made it pretty clear that she is sexually frustrated since she broke up with her boyfriend three months ago, so yea no sex for three months. We were talking yesterday and she informs me that she wants a dildo. I thought she was kidding so I just started laughing, but no the girl was serious. She said that we should go to a sex shop when we go to the mall so we could go and buy her one and I said sure why not. She tells me that she is too embarrassed to buy one herself and can't order one online because her parents will see it on her credit card so she asks me if I could get it for her. So yea I am going to go and buy my friend a dildo...haha great.

As far as my family back home goes I got some news recently.

My sister has been having the same problems at school. My mom has decided to put her into a christian academy. It is pretty much a homeschool program with added bible study to put her on the path toward God. I think it is for the best since she will be away from all those drama following sluts she hangs around. However, I don't much appreciate the fact that my sister will be subjected to the plague of what we call religion. My mom seems to like this aspect because she believes that with spiritual guidance my sister will repent and modify her behavior. I just wish Lea would understand and do it on her own.

The positive thing is that my mom and sister have been getting along a lot better. Lea still has a smart mouth, but definitely not as much as she used to and she doesn't get physical anymore.

The best thing is that my sister is no longer with her controlling boyfriend. That boy was a disease. He was enamored with her to the point of it being unhealthy. The boy threatened suicide because my sister was not there with him every minute of everyday. It was sad and he needs help. My sister was no better she would do everything and anything for him. However, she found out that he was cheating on her and broke up with him. Two weeks later she is talking to a new guy. I swear girls these days are so quick to grow up that they don't understand that these are the best years of your life and you should enjoy them. Why do you want to have a boyfriend that young? Chances are high that you will not be together forever. Just enjoy youth and have fun with your friends. Guys and sex are really not the most important thing. Same advice to the guys of this age group.

The thing about my sister is that she is not happy unless she has a boyfriend. But the thing is if you are not happy alone you are not going to be happy with someone else. Pity she doesn't understand that.

Well I have assignments to do. Should get to doing those.
