On Helping in Days of My Destiny

My new laptop has this spectacular function, when you press a button, it makes everything you've typed disappear! And it's NOT the delete button! Isn't that fantastic?!?!?! The best part of all is, I don't know which button that is, I can't seem to figure out which fucking button I'm pressing that does this magical move! Oh I'm so lucky having such frustrating mystery in my life.

Attempting to re-type something that originally came out spontaneously as you thought it, just is NOT the same.

Oh well.

Basically my entry was something about how L tries to help with some really basic shit sometimes and it makes me really annoyed because it comes across as patronising. It's not something I haven't talked to him about before and really my biggest fear is that he will turn into his old man before his time.

Eg pillow case: I put it on inside out and then when I realised, I hurrumphed and re-did it, well as I'm re-doing this, he extends his arm out towards me, as if I'm some damsel in distress and he's going to save my ass by being a hero and putting the pillow case cover on the right way himself.

Eg cables: when I try to connect something technologiocal and am trying to figure out the cables, he'll offer to do it, and it just takes one look that makes him back off. The look kind of says take one more step and I'll shoot lol. Well okay not really but it doesn't exactly say omg I can't wait for you to get into my pants again either. haha

Anyhow. So, conclusion...... help can be patronizing.
