…and a Lola is on the lead

The walk is good for both of use, it hurts most for me leaning on my walking stick, I’m rather slow now; so is Lola as she stops to sniff …….!

It was a cold Sunday and we walked up the steep side of Grampound Road, some girls walked passing, Lola was hoping some fuss; but they were talking what girls talk.

Lola is looking better after her operation, her fear has grown back and she seems cute again; when Jen and Simon lie on the settee Lola gets between them!

Now spring is coming with life’s on most of the trees, the rest have life-buds it feels better even if it is cold still. Lola and I had just got to height of the village when I felt rain, going to home Lola was still stopping to sniff.

Today Monday there was some warm in the shade, in the wind it was still cool; tomorrow it is May and summer was closs.
