3 weeks without job..putting out applications in Misadventures of West Virginia Woman

I worked a 9 hour shift today at the highschool. Talan worked 8 and is now working a baseball game. Today he will work more hours than me today. While he is guarding the game I am putting in job applications. In 3 weeks school is over. We won’t work again for this company till fall when school opens again that is if they decide to hire us back. Contract jobs are tricky like that.

While Talan and I were at Lions Den yesterday I told assistant managers Chris my friend in 3 weeks I will be without a job for the summer. He told me put in an application he will hire me. He told me anytime I need seasonal work hit him up. I have known Chris since 2013. He is a very nice guy. So here I am putting in an application for them and other businesses closer to home. Driving to our current job where we are guards is a 45 minute drive 1 way! If I get the job at Lions Den I can get there in 10 minutes.

I am not putting all my eggs in 1 basket of course. I am putting out more job applications for the town we live in. I need a summer job! I hope this works out.
