Sick, boss refuse let me go to hospital in Misadventures of West Virginia Woman

I ended up in the hospital today due to adverse effect to azithromicin which I was prescribed for upper respiratory infection 2 days before. The side effects cause abdominal pain,diarrhea,upset stomach,I was dizzy etc.

I asked my boss if Talan could get off work take me to hospital I have no car currently. Little john said my illness messed up his plans refused to let me go. Pain was so unbearable I was crying my boss told me he didn’t care keep working. Talan was boiling over with anger. I talked Talan out of cussing the boss out. I told Little john I cannot work any longer. I am leaving.

Talan dropped me off to the hospital he returned to work. the hospital couldn’t figure out the problem for hours. Once they figured out what was going on they told me quit my medicine immediately that it is dangerous for my health. Doctor told me put in on my allergy list never take it again.

They used saline to flush out the medicine and told me problems should wear off in a few days. I hope so my stomach is killing me!

Talan lost his temper at work cussed He isn’t sure if he is going to lose his job or not. He cussed in front of the boss out of frustration with stress from work and me being in hospital. All Talan wanted to do was stay with me in hospital.my boss likes testing our patience. We both agree new jobs as soon as possible closer to home.

I sat in hospital doing job applications. My health means more to me than a paycheck from a job that makes me miserable. Both Talan and I are looking for new careers. I hope we find a company who understands and values us.. I hope it works out.
