right so. sometime during our time there i had a bit of grits. yeah i don’t like grits. apparently. turns out.
oh so at the. um..........johnny cash museum there was a piano that had been in their house.
i got waffles at 417. the so cute diner we went to on sat.
oh yeah so on. fri. and i think sat. we went to. a little store it’s like a really small grocery store. where we got muffins and fruit salad w/ feta. strawberries aren’t good w/ feta. they had a little um. store in the hotel lobby too where i got bottled tea. i seem to remember my mom microwaving something. there but right now i don’t remember what. it was.
um. oh so we went into a few gift shops to look for a shirt for my sister. we didn’t get one cause. i didn’t want to get her one only to have her tell me she didn’t like it. so we ended up getting a postcard instead. a nice one.
um.
oh yeah. so at the parthenon we went into a room where. athena was this maybe idinno 60 ft. [i’m just guessing here] statue of her gold and white. w/ blue eyes only. the greeks don’t have blue eyes.
nashville is really one of the nicest cities i’ve been to. the people are so nice and polite. when they say southerners are polite it’s really true. and they say ‘yall’ a lot as opposed to ‘everyone’ or ‘you guys’. [actually the last one doesn’t bother me.].
