bruises and lighting. in 2017. got it.

yes this again.

um. so the large bruise on my spine hasn’t gone away. it’s been 7 wks. well actually 7.5 today. i’ve read. recently actually that it takes large bruises longer to recover. it’s blue um which. means it’s getting there.
it’s just. up untill recently. well there are 2 lights in the bathroom. and up untill recently i’d only had the one on when i. checked my bruises which.was why i thought the spine had gone away. [er i think i posted about that.].
the one on my skull however. head exterior. is red purple if i hadn’t mentioned that. which means that’s. getting better as well.
so my bruises are really slowly recovering. it’s a good thing no one can see them.
and there’s now. one a quarter size red one by the disc. thing. god.
