Not really. in A small but passable life.

Not really sure the point of writing another entry so soon after the last, but hey I ain’t got much else to do. This morning it was coffee and starting the third Ben Bova book of the series. This afternoon it was a lie down while listening to NPR. It was cloudy and cool (67) today. Tomorrow is supposed to be a bit warmer. I made spaghetti tonight for dinner. I used the dry Kroger thick and zesty mix. With a can of mushrooms, a can of tomato sauce and one cup of water. I used a half package (13) of those frozen Italian meatballs. I had some garlic bread in the freezer. And then I ate too much.

I added one item to my amazon wish list. A $200 inflatable backpacking mattress. Total wimp move, but I figure I deserve it after nearly thirty years with the Ridgerest foam pad.

The cheapest new Kindle is $60. My old one is fine, but the new model is nice. Just sayin’.

Three years ago I was on my way out to the forest for a thirty day sojourn. Now I’ll be lying by the pool for thirty days.

Not sure what the point is.

Does there have to be a point?

I’m thinking, not really.
