Let’s see.

I was off work. I got things done.
I went to the laundromat and washed nearly everything.
All is hung up in my closet.
My room is clean.
My bathroom is clean.
My son’s room is clean, but his socks stink. Lol

Living room is clean.
I’ve got things in the basement that need to be washed.

I sent a text to my landlady about the shower. She has yet to get in touch, but she will.

Went back to work. Valentine’s Day was great for the babies. They got lots of candy and I got them movies and rice Krispy treats. I got my two some scratch off tickets which all of them were losers. My bad. I should have gone with my first thought to get a bunch of snacks. Thing was I was running out of money.

Valentine night found me with RJ. She hit me up and wanted to do something. I’m agreed. She got money from her mom. I had money left over from my weekend. She wanted to make an anti-Valentine Day statement by going to one of the sexiest bars in town, a place that was certain to be full of couples for the day. We could have gone to Brennans which actually had a Valentine party for single people.

Right.

Work was unremarkable for the next few days. On Friday, my boss and I had our meeting to discuss my performance because it is that time of year. She gave me wonderful marks, she met with the department head to tell her why and gave concrete evidence on why I deserve the marks. So I got my raise. It’s decent I guess. I just hope it’s noticeable and I hope it’s on the new check. Will be checking the time keeping software we have to see if my new money is on there.

I downloaded some antivirus stuff on my USB drive and I do believe I cleaned my son’s notebook. I plugged it in for shots and giggles to see if it would work and it did charge up but we had some issues. It needs a lot of updates, but that will be later.

Yesterday, I sorted underwear and cleaned my bathroom and living room. Today I didn’t have to watch the kids. I was having issues getting out of bed. I didn’t want to, but I know my back will hurt if I don’t. Got my podcasts in and this stupid T-Mobile app still doesn’t work so I can upgrade my plan and get more data. I have shows to watch.

I made this chicken soup with broccoli and mashed potato (to help thicken it) and cheese. It’s still a little soupy, but it is thicker and it’s really good. Thyme is awesome for soups.

Now, I’m just on the couch flipping channels. Nothing to do.

Last Sunday Jay and I pretty much spent the day together. We had lunch at a ramen/sushi place. After that we went to a museum. He took me home and afterwards, later on, we went to karaoke. I didn’t go on Saturday night and Sunday he said he wasn’t doing it then changed his mind. I had the kids all day Sunday and declined.

And now we’re here.

I need to do my hair. It would have been a better day if I had somewhere to go. However, I got to watch Dr. Strange (great movie) and just do nothing. It was a good day.

Hope your week and weekend were awesome.

Check you later…

Kindest regards,
Sister
