this is again from Thurs.:
‘i love sleep. but the past few nights/mornings [and by mornings i mean when it’s [still] dark [out] ] other then this one [2:10 a.m. atm] [it’s thurs. here] i’ve fallen asleep from 8 p.m. - maybe 11. or from 10 - ........ 2. i don’t vividly remember the last time. my sleep schedule was like this.
but actually. this is how people are meant to sleep. 4 hrs. at a time instead of a full 8 hrs. [i read something online recently that said it’s from 6 - 8 hrs. so.]. the ancient Greeks [i think it was them] would do this.’
