TMLI5-Photo posting here in The Road Ahead

I like Radiohead. I didn’t get into them until this past year, but the feelings I now have associated with them make up for the lost time. Here’s a link to my favorite song by them.

I’m going through my pictures, a thousand here, a thousand there. I haven’t even touched Iceland yet. I’m finding the memories sweeter than I remember. Even the pictures took in the blackest of moods bring a smile to my face, because every photo is of something I thought was peaceful, striking, or beautiful. Each photo is a literal snapshot of a tiny slice of my life, and I find that to be comforting. I’m letting that small comfort gently guide me through the years of backlog I have, the pictures of my cats and ex-wife, the pictures I always meant to post and never got around to, and all the hidden gems that I snapped and promptly forgot about, already moving along to the next bit of life.

Okay, I’m feeling a little dumb at the moment. I’m not having any luck posting any of my photos here. I’ve tried inserting an image and a hyperlink and when I preview it, it’s just a link, not my actual image. How/where do y’all post from? I’ve tried Google Photos and Shutterfly now and no luck. And ideally, I’d post some pictures here and see what y’all think about it before trying to hustle them to other folks. Thanks in advance for any help!
