Brought me the best, least stick-in-your-teeth toffee I’ve ever had (after finding out all the guys ate the Christmas candy they’d brought in before my shift the next day). Because they’re the sweetest.

Mr. Posen’s secret? 300 degrees, and add a little water. Also almonds.
(Yes, Mr. Posen, because he makes candy and she knits. My god the cute it burns.)

I need to write a note and bake a thank you gift.
