no, keeping a facial recognition scan of yourself
inside the cellphone at your hip is a great idea
it’s not like any nineteen year old Russian hacker
could get that in about five minutes of noodling
while shooting zombies on their other screen
or anything, it’s a stellar plan, really
no, honestly, it’s brilliant, bro

use your thumbprint, too!
there’s no way that could come back onto you
if the wrong guy is on the police in your town
or a complete psychopath surrounded by morons
happened to steal the White House in the night
you know, hypothetically
there’s no way the government could use
anti-privacy laws they pretend are actually
there to stop some vague group of would-be
terrorists or anything like that
the government would never be infested
by people who’d abuse that kind of power, right?
right?

it’ll be really impressive when the technology
gets to the point where it uses your retinal scans
gets to the point where it scans your entire DNA
gets to the point where you just show it your bank statement!
be a first adopter, Charlie!
stand in line for two days for it
pay a thousand dollars for the fucking thing
get it in rose gold if you know the right guy
you need these things to
impress your friends and neighbors

definitely take that picture of your penis too
there’s never a chance she’ll break up with you
and use it for some really gnarly revenge plot
you’re impervious to any and all
the repercussions of your
stupid shallow choices
you’re an American, bro
that could never happen to you
