I wrote down an action plan for 2018. It literally gives me anxiety just thinking about it. Today I started a new piece of my 2018 journey. I am hoping that tomorrow will be the start of something that I have not yet had the courage to do. Push through my social anxiety and go to the gym. The one project that was long overdue was getting my social circles back to including me. I have to quit playing hard to get and just get out of my comfort zones.

First day back to the gym for me too tomorrow. Best of luck to you-- I think its like a bandaid-- the first part (getting out of the house and getting there) is the worst part. Cheers to anxiety-provoking 2018 plans. Sad that most anti-anxiety plans provoke anxiety.
