Two days in a row I didn’t finish an entry. They’ll sit in drafts for all eternity.

Worked at Client #3’s house, and you can really tell that I haven’t been cleaning the entire house for a while. Next week I have to get down and scrub the baseboards. I’m not sure the swiffer will be enough.

I ended up walking to the store for her to get some soda and food for her and her evil cat. The store is just a 1-2 minute walk. I was able to carry the bags back. If not I would have stolen a shopping cart and then brought it back.

She asked if I would be willing to drive her to her daughters place in Jeff city. I do not drive that far, and I especially don’t drive in any kind of city. Washington is as far as I’ll go in regards to that kind of stuff. So looked to see what Uber charges around here, asked Pam if she might be willing to. It’s up in the air, big maybe. We’ll see.

Today is the Alpenhorn. Not sure how busy I’ll actually be. If there are no rooms to turn over I’ll have to move slow to make the common areas last. I might do a deep clean on a room if it’s been a month etc, but I think I might have gotten them all already. And I wonder if Mr. OCD took the curtains down like I asked him to. We’ll see today. I am not lugging a huge step ladder up the stairs. I’ll end up crashing a leg into the wall and making a hole. I would rather him be responsible for something like that. Besides, he’s a hell of a lot taller than I am. I would have to climb to the very top to reach the curtain rod. Although I’ve been using a lot of ladders lately, it’s really hard for me to put my fear aside to do it. lol I shake the damn thing so much I’m almost rocking it to the side and making myself fall.

Alpenhorn asked if I wanted more hours. I do but I’m not sure how I’ll be able to fit it into the schedule because of the times I clean at other places. They’re all 10-2 with the exception of #5 where it’s 8-12 then I take care of #6 after. #5 and I discussed getting on an every other week schedule after Zmas, so I don’t know if that will work for #6 or not. I’m supposed to text her tomorrow to see what’s up for Monday (Going back to #5’s to make sure the house is clean enough for Zmas)

And starting in January, I’ll be taking on that other B&B in town (I think. I haven’t heard from them) Sundays after the Alpenhorn. So there’s two days I can’t pick up. I can work extra on Fridays when I’m there… and Pam’s sis in law is scheduled this coming Wed after I clean at #1’s house. Not sure how often I’ll be there. I’ll have to sit with her and discuss a schedule.

I have no problem going in after the dinner service is done to clean the dining rooms on any day. Turning over the rooms is a bit of a different story because that takes so long to do. People usually check out on Sundays when I’m there anyhoo.

I don’t know. We’ll see. lol I’m stressing already because it’s all so up in the air. I hope I can work something out with everyone. Money. Money, money, money.

If I get a few more clients, I may need help to do it all. Not sure who that would be, though. I would love if Pam would work a house (she would keep most of the cash, I’d just take a few bucks), but if she doesn’t want to do that, I’m at a loss. The only other person I trust to clean well is already working something like 3 jobs, crazy woman that she is. I don’t know anyone else that could take on an extra job. ::sigh::

Quite depressed tonight. don’t know why. I’m going to call it a night and watch TV.
