In this part of this dream, Teffy and I were standing in line at the pharmacy drop off where my mom works. She doesn’t actually work in Pharmacy, but in this dream, she was stocking.

There was this guy in the pick up line that was trying to remember his shopping list and tally up how much money he would need, but every time he thought of an item, he would look up with this glazed over look and state the price of whatever item aloud.

Our line was going nowhere, so we started chatting with mom and sat down on the bench beside us. A guy in line ahead of us was about to sneeze, and mom ended our conversation abruptly to throw a tissue under his nose and hold it there, stopping the sneeze. She explained that he is not allowed to sneeze in the drop off line, and that he needed to go to the pick up line to do that.

A guy that used to come in our Subway walked up and asked mom where some cough medicine was. He was this metalhead guy with long brown hair… Used to call him “Slayer” because of a decal on his car’s windshield, Mom told him where to go, and he was polite as always. She whispered that he was soooo cute, and we started whispering back his sandwich order and telling her he was a great tipper and always super nice.

In the pick up line, a really short, hunched old woman with her thin grey hair puffed into a near affro cough-sneezed with her mouth open and it was LOUD and harsh. The guy mentioned earlier, who was behind her in line, looked up with glossy eyes and said “Three dollars…” to which the old woman replied grumpily “What, did I shit myself?”

I woke at that point.

What the fuck?
