Whiplash from fall,kmart for 1 more holiday in Misadventures of West Virginia Woman

I accidently gave myself whip lash. I climbed up on Talan leg because i was playing so i was trying to reach out and tap him on the face he wiggled trying to get away from me. I lost my balance he tried to catch me but i fell on the arm rest with my neck hard. My heard jerked back i heard it popped i cried because it felt like fire going up my neck. I cried no kidding like a baby. Talan was terrified i might broke my own neck. I could feel movement. I had pain and some numbness in my neck. I decided cash my check and find someone to check it.

My mom is a nurse. I visited her at the hospital. Her and a walking by doctor looked at it. They said my fall gave me whiplash suggested me going into emergency room. I have no insurance instead i took a pain pill and went home after i paid mom the money i owed her.

My boyfriend’s mom Deneen came to visit. She was helping Talan clean the mobile home. She told me go to bed i refused. I help them clean and unpack boxes. I had problems turning my neck but i hate feeling useless. She bought things for the mobile home we needed. I enjoyed shopping and being with her. She is a nice person.

She heard we were struggling to pay bills so she gave us $600 for a mobile home payment. I tried to give it back but she refused. Said its an early Christmas present. I told her we will pay her back but she refused. I felt like shit. She struggles as much as us. She shouldn’t do this.

During the week of thanksgiving i might work thanksgiving and black friday at kmart for some extra money. I used to work there they told me anytime i want to make a few extra bucks come in and hop on register. They asked if i would like to work Christmas eve too. I got those days off from guarding the school system..why not? They will be shutting down January 21st. I will miss them.

Where i got used to waking up at 5 am to get to bus duty. Here it is sunday 6:39 am i am watching the cats play while my fiance sleeps. I can hear his gentle snoring in the next room. He loves sleeping on the couch. I dont make him.

I might get a Sunday paper. See what groceries are on sale. I cant afford much but i hope we are able to get by.

With the kids being out for Thanksgiving and winter holiday i wont have work during that time. I called for Kmart let me work during that time. They are delighted because i am an experienced cashier. It benefits us both. Going to talk to hr to make arrangements. I know Pam wont mind me working again a short time during the holidays. I will quit so back to school system when holidays are over.

I think i am going to eat play on Second Life a bit online and go back to bed. I need to call HR Pam at kmart arrange to work during winter break from school. One more holiday before kmart shuts down permanently it’s sad.
