Are you sure?
Have you tried just turning yourself off
then turning yourself on again?
Have you tried just pulling the plug out
waiting ten seconds and then
putting your plug back in?
They call that a hard reset
as opposed to a soft reset
though I suppose
the soft reset is the problem
that you have to begin with.
Are you sure that you need Viagra?
Call tech support before you do anything else.
The answer might be
right underneath your nose.
