I’m so tired of people calling Trump a piece of shit. It’s an insult to shit. Shit has uses. Trump is useless.

Yesterday was Mom’s nail appointment at Walmart. So, that meant I could wander around for a bit. I found a nice black long sleeved polyester pullover for $6. I found a cotton flannel shirt for $8. I bought neither of them after remembering that during two winters here I’ve not needed long sleeves. I was just overcome by wishful thinking.

Have I mentioned that I’ve worn neither socks or shoes for five months now? Just saying.

I was able to watch the first two episodes of Season 14 of Grey’s Anatomy and the first episode of Season 2 of This Is Us last night. Two more shows I’m currently watching are going to start up again soon. Mr. Robot on Oct. 11 and Shameless on Nov. 5. Good stuff. That will be about three hours of TV a week for this coming winter.

Open windows at midnight. Close windows in the morning. Daytime highs still in the upper nineties. Ah, desert living?
