More errands. in A small but passable life.

Yesterday was a fine uneventful day. Coffee and reading and putting together a crockpot of soup in the morning. After lunch I drove Mom to her GP. In and out fairly quickly. Back home for NPR on the radio and a nap. A nice day.

This morning after coffee and reading I went to Walgreens to fetch Arnica anti-bruise cream that Mom’s GP had recommended. And then a stop at the grocery store for grape jelly and ketchup.

1. Flunkies

2. Goons

3. Duct tapers

4. Box tickers

5. Task masters

I imagine people would take those jobs merely because slowly dying of survival is preferred over living adventurously.

Anyway, it’s about nap time.
