Frankly, I spend most of the day fussing uselessly and reading blogs. I survived the first stages of replacing the broken crown that lived clear in the back of my very small mouth. Amazingly, I even managed to remember the antibiotics I need to take two hours before.
More reading, then we got dressed in sports black. Why? Because the black clothes all have stretch in them. We were off to the Boat House, an ersatz, South Seas style restaurant, for a free birthday meal for G. On our way there, we hit a metal lined hole in the road and blew a tire and bent the rim. Boom. Scary stuff. G was right though. He had the tire changed before I could call AAA. He could also still get into his Western Towing overalls too. That left him grinning for the rest of the evening.
Booms of any sort are always drama. So is black.
