emotional eating in Weight Watchers Program sharing

I've known for years that I am an emotional eater. Certain feelings trigger hunger - the NEED for more food - even if I just ate and SHOULD be full.

Yet, I could never relate to people who described eating to press down the feelings of sadness.

I recently realized that I eat when I am frustrated! At least, lately, I am still picking GOOD foods to pig out on. My favorite go-to food: thinly sliced banana, topped with zero fat Greek yogurt, topped with ground flax meal. My "version" of banana cream pie (in my mind anyway).
