Made a new book to keep track of weight/fitness in Weight/Fitness

Still unmotivated and lacking in the exercise department, but doing alright eating wise, the scale is moving in the right direction.

July-Aug 6 average weight was 154
Last weeks average weight was 151.7

No longer in the overweight category is 144. I’d like to be there by the wedding we are attending on October 14th. I think it’s totally reasonable. That’s two months for 6.7 pounds. Since m y weight has been creeping up all summer, I’m happy to see the loss since I have been trying, I just have to keep it up.

Goal weight is 135. This is where I feel decent about myself and all my clothes fit.
Dream goal weight is 125, right in the middle of my healthy BMI range.

For anyone wondering, my all time high is 189, my all time low is 123. I went from 189 to 123 in 14 months three years ago.

I need to start my walk/running again. That’s always been the key for me. I know this, yet, I can’t seem to force myself out the door. I know it’s only going to be harder in a two weeks when I start working again.
