wow! i've been looking through these pics and not only am i super hungry now but i am also super impressed.

i lovelovelove to cook - it's definitely my passion. baking on the other hand... i could use some practice. maybe it's the meticulousness of baking that makes it less forgiving... whereas i tend to 'eye & taste' when i'm creating in the kitchen.

regardless, creating food of any kind is such a wonderful thing :)

That's exactly why I love pastry and baking, the small, precise measurements, the little chemical reactions going on when you add one thing to another, the purpose every ingredient serves. I am lucky to be doing what I love :)
