They were in their cardboard carton,
All of them,
and when taken from their container
They tried to make a break for it.
All twelve eggs rolled away
Onto the floor...

There were no survivors...

Then there's the moon.
It hangs in the sky,
And it circles the earth
And it's got holes all over it;
We call them, "craters."

Someday, something will come along
And crack the moon wide open
Like an egg
And earth will be surprised.
There will be no survivors...

And I'll be dancing sideways,
While singing, "Tra la la, La-di-da,"
Because as far as I know
No one else is doing that
And I like to be origional,
And not normal,
Because normal is a lie.
It does not exist.
And what the hell good are we
If we are a lie?

Let me crack myself
Wide open
Like an egg
So you can see inside
And maybe you'll feel like dancing sideways.
Life is more fun that way.
