Well that was a dud in Just in Case

I’ve gotten some wind and rain, but Cindy came in a little further east than they originally thought. That put most of central Louisiana (where I am) the window of being far enough away to miss the storm itself, but close enough to miss most of the bands. They’re still predicting heavy storms for later, but so far those really haven’t come, so I’ve been lucky. She’s dropped a lot of rain to the east, though, Mississippi, Georgia, and Alabama haven gotten hit pretty hard. So, keep all of those still in the path in your prayers. The only fatality I’ve seen so far, is horribly, a 10 year old. He was hit by a log that the surf brought up after the storm had affected the coast. That’s so heartbreaking. :(
