Feel like writing in All of Me

I don't really have much to write about,but I feel like writing.I want to get whatever this is out of me.I feel...depressed.inadequate,angry.and more depressed.

I had been doing so much better.It is interesting how one little comment from a friend can cause me to regress.I hate talking about Kel.There is a void that won't be filled.a wound that I cannot just keep putting band-aids on -it has to be cleaned and packed.So,I finally decided to go to therapy.

I don't know how I feel about it.Alright.hafta get back to work!
