My Poor Buddy. in The Awesome Chronicles of me.

Hi Folks.

I came home from gaming at about 1 am, when I saw boots standing on the water heater like he has been lately, but i saw his one leg was kind of dirty.. I shook it off, and macaroni was going bonkers but I thought that was just because he was happy to see me. About 15 minutes later I notice a Gash on poor Boots hind leg/belly area. I got anxious and nervous obviously.
So I took him to the vet at 9 am. He had to get some stitches and he now has a cone of shame, (or in his case until it gets a bit tightened its a bit of a skirt, covers his torso, but its still working so i’m not too too concerned) But he’ll have those stitches for about 2 weeks until I get back from Origins in ohio when he gets them out.

The good part is I gave him some wet food with a pill and he gobbled it up. I hope it helps. His poor legs are still dirty but i can’t get to them well to clean them up. Everytime I can Ill try to clean them.

In other news. Origins game fair is in about a week and a half. I’m excited. I know boots will be okay with my mom watching over him. Stormblood, the FFXIV expansion comes out while i’m over there, so when I get back I’ll be playing that. Looking forward to that.

But until then Ill keep a close eye out for my buddy cat. I’ve made a goal of playing 100 games in June due to origins, and my friend who is going to have no wife and kids for a week, so we’ll be gaming a lot then as well.

I also have been fine tuning my picture taking skills. I might do a photo dump before I go to ohio, I’ll be taking my camera there to take a couple pictures there. I like urban photography.
