Move in 2017

The weather is beautiful. near 80 this week. Today started with a hustle, as we were driving Fiona to school. Her bigger cousin A is supervising the kdg playground this week and the bus doesnt get Fiona to the playground in time to play. WELL. Neither did mama, but admittedly, wasnt my fault. We will try again tomorrow and leave 10 minutes earlier.

We filled the car with gas, got a car wash, and then played outside before Fiona came home. We lunched, had her friend M over to play for an hour. Orion napped. Then the kids got haircuts. The family that came in right after us had a sweet 6 week old baby girl. I thought I did really good. I wasnt slayed by emotion....just more of a wistful kind of feeling.

And then I got home. And I need to start pork chops for dinner. But I feel like Im sinking into my computer chair…
