the cornflakes said you were cute
which I know was great for you
as you’re a cereal monogamist
but really nothing happened
turned out that it was just
a complimentary breakfast
when she called you “sugar?”
she was just asking if
that’s what you wanted on top
and when she said how
you got her so wet
it was just milk that made her sop
tough luck this time but
there’s other dishes in the sea
if you ask me that’s fuckin’ sick
but then you didn’t ask me
