Happy Birthday Timmy and Kayla in In the Meadow

Kayla and Timmy are fifteen years old today! It was fifteen years ago that they were born in the hospital in Southern California. I remember carrying them in the double bassinet when they were newborns. They rode in the double stroller. I remember when they stood up for the first time and took their first steps.

They are now finishing up ninth grade. They are taking algebra 2 and earth science. In English class they are reading classics, and in Social Studies they are learning about the complexities of today’s world. Timmy is playing baseball and Kayla is playing softball. She is also playing girls flag football once a week.
