When They Get Too Big For Their Britches! in Public 2017

Yesterday morning, I kept thinking about how some of these big social media platforms (isn’t it called?) are getting way too big for their britches. So, I went driving around to make a video about my thoughts on it, only to be interrupted by a call from Adam. He asked if I had received the call back from a customer service manager from the day before. My complaint and all was supposed to be “escalated” to a manager. And, no, of course I hadn’t received a call back from one.
