Housing.

One of my brothers and I were talking and he said that he would like to buy a school house and make it into apartments and the whole family could live there. Don’t know if that’s a thing where any of you are, but some schools have been converted into lofts and apartment buildings here. I would so do that.

On the way to work this morning, I was thinking about buying a 4-family flat with two bedrooms in each unit. I would reinforce and concrete the floor between the upstairs and downstairs. I’d sound proof the floor/ceiling as well. Or at least my bedroom. I’d knockout a wall and convert the top two floors into my apartment and let my two kids have each of the bottoms apartments. They can live their lives, I can live mine and they can come up for Sunday dinners every week.

I’m so happy my son got a job.
