Cancelled/Postponed...yet again? in Everything Else

Last Thursday we were supposed to have a 2:30 meeting. Found out at 3:00 there was going to be no meeting. Not surprising, they never start on time if they even happen. Was told on Monday we were a go for 2:00 today. Just walked past the conference room and there are interviews scheduled until after 3:00. Not really a big deal we could meet in the training room, except the CEO is supposed to be in interviews and run the meeting. I came to work today because of this meeting. I didn’t get much sleep last night since I had such incredible pain and it is still not gone. i feel like shit and all I wanted to do was stay in bed and try to not get worse. My entire mantra last night was “You have to go to work. This meeting has to happen.” and now…probably not going to happen. Sigh.

I specifically put off doing things I need to get done because I didn’t want to have to stop in the middle for this meeting and I wanted to have the morning open in case I needed to get some information together last minute. I cannot win.

This gives me two hours to either burn/blow off or try to cram a four hour project into. I really cannot win these last two weeks!
