I'll come back to the title if something comes up.... in Just in Case

I hate trying to come up with a title for these entries. I’m sitting here waiting on the weather to hit. We have a thunderstorm warning and I’m just starting to hear some thunder. I don’t know how bad it’s supposed to get here, but some areas are getting hit pretty hard. The good part is that it’s moving through pretty quickly. By 9 or 9:30 it should be all the way through. Other than that, things are going ok here. Just ready for this testing to be over. I’m not actually that concerned about the test, but more about the computer part, now that I’m one of the site techs, I’m supposed to be prepared to keep them up and running - —and I’m not!
I’m hoping to get this sleep business under control, too. I have so much trouble turning my brain off and going to sleep. For the past few nights I’ve taken an Advil PM to help. I take it no later than 8, which gives it 9 hours to get out of my system. It doesn’t work. It’s still midnight or after before I get to sleep and 5 am comes so early. It doesn’t help that it’s warm enough for the fan on a stand to be on high, which makes it harder to hear the alarm. I snoozed for 45 minutes yesterday. It was only 20 today. I guess that’s an improvement. Maybe it’ll just be the 5 or 10 minutes it usually is, lol.
This weekend is the Wildlife and Fisheries program I always help with - Becoming an Outdoor Woman. It’s always a fun weekend. Lots of women looking to learn how to get outdoors more, from shooting, fishing, kayaking, etc. I teach outdoor photography with my best friend and she and I help another friend with a course on using game cameras. Good food, lots of laughs, and being exhausted. Perfect weekend before testing starts! They will keep my brain occupied.
Well, the weather still isn’t here. Maybe it won’t get as bad. I hope y’all have a wonderful evening!
