2-1-17 in Second 1st

Started taxes. All but done because it came down to not having information on the water heater we put it and how it could get us $300 more back or some such thing. So we will get that info and take it back to her Tuesday. She did give us a preliminary number and I’m already trying to prioritize what it is I feel we NEED to fit in that number. #1 we need to replace the house heater/ac unit. The guy who looked at it had suggested to replace it in the next 2-3 years but when we run the unit it builds frost/ice then puts out cold air and not warm :(. I’d like to have that replaced ASAP. #2 I owe Scott $500 in back rent. When we moved it was all about getting things we needed to function. Now there is no real spare money to save to pay him back. #3 lawn mower. We are going to need one before mid spring I’d love a robot mower of some kind. #4 The bed. Honestly, I think the bed comes before the lawn mower. The mattress we have is passed it’s prime. We deserve a more comfortable space to sleep. I deserve more room. We are looking at around $5000 so… might be doable to get it all.... might have to make do on some things. Like get a push mower that will last a couple years… get a robot mower next year. …
