Out of Sync. in Slowing Down

My Fruitless Mulberry Tree is out of Sync with the other trees in the neighborhood. In October, the other trees start loosing their leaves. By December they are almost done dropping leaves. My Fruitless Mulberry Doesn’t start to lose leaves until the 2nd week of December and drops them all by the 2nd week of the new year.
Leave it to me to have the only out of sync tree in the neighborhood. LOL.
