Which book? in Book Four: Ichi-no-Tani 2017

Not sure which book to put this in but....
“Huge” Ice Storm incoming… so we’ll see what happens. But I’ve been reading a lot today (not Prosebox and not Cases… sometimes I just need to… read. A quality that seems far and removed from too many of my fellow countrymen or generation.
