Lemon Cheesecake parfaits - oh my - so delish - made everything from scratch - will definitely make again.

I only took one pic yesterday when I usually take lots of our evening but I was tired and wanted low key so we ate supper, (yum!), played games and talked all evening. It was nice but I’m tired today! We didn’t go see the fireworks because it was cold and snowing but we could hear them at our house. So loud but we heard they were very nice. We’ll definitely go to the Canada Day ones though. #1’s house is within walking distance of the river and we’ll be able to see them perfectly. Can’t wait!
