Mariah *smh* in Second 1st

Reading a bit around here this early afternoon and someone mentioned the disaster that was Mariah Carey and the New Year’s show last night. I had to look it up and I feel bad for her big fans. I mean if I was a huge Mariah fan I’d be ashamed of it right now. I understand she couldn’t hear the back up vocals.... but she couldn’t take prompts from the dancers either? How many times, since 1991 when it was released, has she sang that song Emotions. I mean seriously that song was on the Dutch top forty for 102 weeks! (52 in a year folks) Your telling me you just completely forgot the words because no back up vocals. Also, he signature high note, she talked through it. She was sober right? I mean let us assume she was sober. I just don’t get how that could have happened so horrible. Then We Belong Together… 2005, 92 weeks in Germany. If the dancers has no trouble hearing it she should have gotten one of their ear piece.... she totally failed in my opinion.
