Arg 2 in A Day in the Life of Me

Well, we have a ride home, i think its reluctantly, and now i feel it will be an awkward 3.5 hrs.
They called D today, and told him they were going to call mom and see if she could meet up in a place about an hour and a half away from home.
I panicked a bit. It kinda ruins my surprise on being home early on xmas eve day. But I understand if they have things that have come up. I just wish they wouldn’t have bothered offering if they really couldn’t do it. The last thing I want to do is put anyone out.
My step brother, has been trying to find us a lift back to the city on boxing day, as are a few other ppl down home, but he’s offered to drive us back on the 27th, early in the morning, so that I can be home in time for work.
I cleared it with my boss, to come in an hour later just in case we run late for what ever reason.
And then just to be safe, I picked him and his wife up a pretty lil heart shaped ornament that has has Live, Laugh, Love written in script inside of it. The kind of piece you find at the drug store, cause it was a last minute of thing I got while at work today.

So this will most likely be the last post from me until after boxing day at the earliest.
