Oiiii in annoying exercise book

Today's agenda was an hour of MMA 101 followed by 20 Minutes of Suck, which is basically 20 minutes of non stop conditioning. Cardio cardio cardio, lol. It does suck, but it also feels good. I was gonna run today too, but 20 MoS really takes a lot out of me right now, since my cardio sucks at the moment. I will run tomorrow after work tho, since I work 7a-3p. The college kids are back so the rec is sure to be packed. Fun.
