25 Only 33 for a high. Cloudy all day. We went to town. Had an insurance check for the hospital. I had to put a zipper in my corveralls. Hate it! Butch came down and did my chores at evening

A beautiful day, only windy. About 22 to start but got up to about 48. Butch and Sharon moved the hay we bought from McClures to the Brown p;ace. Dirt road was getting a little “greasy” by afternoon when we got the last of it. Charles came dow and helped unload. Butch drug down the big ruts at Brown place. Jean called.

Another dull day here. Just did laundry, grocery store, totally cleaned and bleached litter boxes, got rid of all the excess “stuff” that seems to accumulate behind the TV. I thing those cords, cables, splitters, routers, etc etc multiply like socks. The neighbor girls Isabella and Serena came over to use my computer and printer for a report for school. Isabella was the thinnest of the 3 girls but it looks like she has put on weight. The youngest is eight years old and weighs 185 pounds! I thought about seeing if the youngest wanted to do Zumba while her sister did the report but the selfish part of me wanted to watch the Patriots beat the Broncos. Of course after watching the game now I wish I had done Zumba instead.
Today is supposed to be a rest day but if I dont do any exercise I have to eat about 500 calories less for the day. I did a Leslie Sancome walking DVD this morning and that still leaves me only having 1700 calories for the day. When I first started dieting that would have been good but now not so much. I usually eat around 1900 to 2000.
Good Things I did for me
Walked 4 miles
Stayed in calorie range
Gratitudes I’m having an eye injection tomorrow. Im grateful for the technology that allows me to “see”. I wonder if 50 years ago I would be be blind by now. Im also grateful that my Aunt Jean and Uncle Bob are making the trip from St Joe to drive me.
